Allows students enrolled at private schools to participate in interscholastic extracurriculars offered by public schools when the activity is not offered by their private school.

This legislation would provide opportunities for students at private schools. It could also increase diversity in the extracurricular activities at public schools.
This would put more stress on the extracurriculars at public schools.
